Provide clerical support to Facilities by answering phones, distributing workorders, and ordering parts and materials among others.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Answer help phone for department. Manage the caller experience and redirect calls as necessary outside department.
Provide feedback to facilities manager as needed to coordinate department resources.
Verify all issue called in or put in the work order system have been fully resolved and properly communicated.
Order materials as needed for department activities.
Provide support for invoice coding and feedback to department leadership as needed.
Distribute corrective maintenance work orders to the facilities team. Enter work orders into the maintenance tracking system.
Manage all department calendars and keep up to date.
Record minutes for meetings as necessary.
Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Vail Health Values.
Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.
- One-year clerical experience required
- Familiarity of maintenance terminology preferred
Computer / Typing:
